25% of the catered food is due to
confirm an event.

Specialty food items are non refundable.

Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50%
of the catered food is non refundable.

Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100%
of the catered food is non refundable

1 to 2 Days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items may incur additional expenses: Additional Expenses: labor, parts, loss of use may be extra. Deposit 50% will be credited toward the new date. If new date is cancelled then the deposit 50% will not be refunded.

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Old City Hall Events & Catering. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Old City Hall Events & Catering reserves the right to to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancellation or refund of any amount or for any reason.

For weddings which are confirmed 6 months or longer from the wedding date 25% of the quote is due to reserve services. Brides are allowed to make monthly payments if needed, and it’s actually encouraged. 

Brides may make changes throughout the planning process but once a ceremony, reception, or rehearsal is confirmed any changes requested by the bride or her party will be invoiced accordingly.

At confirmation, items are placed on hold and equipment is either reserved or purchased.  2nd party rentals are subject to their terms and conditions.

50% of the catered food is due 2 months prior
to the wedding date.

Specialty food items, special purchases,
or specific reservations may not be
subject to a refund.

30 days prior to an wedding or rehearsal 75%
of the invoice is due.

7 days prior 100% of the invoice is due in full.
At this point no decreases in head counts will
be permitted; increases may be allowed.

Equipment damaged by the client will be the responsibility of the client. Replacement cost
may be incurred.

Equipment stolen by the client or while
in the possession of the client will be the
responsibility of the client.
